There was a very nice show on TV yesterday celebrating the UNESCO World Heritage 40 years. It showed several of the amazing natural or human-built places we have in the wonderful world. It was two hours of pure delight.
A quick look on the website once the show is done, taught me that among the 936 registered properties, 37 are in France (not bad!) and 5 are in Lebanon (not bad at all).
Another quick look at the list I realized that I have seen 13 of the 936! It’s a small number, but it’s something to start with. I hope I will be able to visit more before the end of my days. I went through the pictures I took while I was in these places, and I came up with this small album; this way you can say that, like me, you have visited these places 🙂 (for the places I could not find pics of I just took the pics from the UNESCO website (copyright included :)))
How many of the properties have you visited? I’m sure you can beat my number 😀
See you tomorrow!
Did all except Anjar:D Half of them with youuuuuuuu ahhahahahahah
This summer we’ll surely do Anjar altogether:D
