You know what’s the worst thing about living abroad? You’re far from your family and friends.
It’s true with today’s technology you can be in contact with them 24/7, whether by voice or just by chat, but it’s different. You’re not there during the special occasions, you’re not there for them when they need you and they’re not here for you when you need them.
This is why this blog is important: it allows all of you to know what’s happening with me, it allows you to be with me on my special moments, and it allows me to feel that there is someone with me in these moments; I am not alone in here 🙂
So if all my friends and family in Lebanon would write blogs so that I can be part of their daily life it would be just perfect! 😀 (who said life is perfect anyway)
Speaking of special moments, today’s lunch was definitely one 🙂 Grilled fish with ratatouille (not the rat, the dish :P) and rice.
